Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened pet grooming products (shampoos, sprays, etc.)

Pet food, treats, or supplements

Personalized or custom-made items

Sale/clearance items (if marked final sale)
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
