At Vibe House, we want you and your pets to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@vibehouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet grooming products (shampoos, sprays, etc.)

  • Pet food, treats, or supplements

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale/clearance items (if marked final sale)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size), please contact us at support@vibehouse.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
